recently i played placement matches on the new act, won 3 lost 2, ALLLL of them were weird as hell (in terms of the opponent), the obvious onces i reported, and gues what, got 3 notifications about cheater banned... new act same shit

I mean I would imagine they only send the email if they banned him. And statistically if they all got banned it’s fair to assume those were some of the first cheaters games.
