The real question is why aren't you getting actually good Tier 2 talent and develop them into good players? JP Challengers has lots of talent, and yet you choose to only get 1 player in the JP Challengers circuit who is decent at best. The other new recruit? From your former ZETA Academy graduate?
IT IS NOT THAT HARD TO RECRUIT TIER 2 TALENT. Look at what DFM did, they got the CR core and they are currently doing better than they ever did.
