What are the best ways to find a team on valorant? Ascendant that aspire to reach challengers with hard work and dedication
Answers [#4]i believe there are some LFT discords you can go to... i also saw LFT channel on tracker where you might find some premier team you might be able to join
also just get some guys and play random T3 tournaments you might find your way from there
yo unrelated note, what does LFT stand for?
SEN_FAN335 [#3]grind ranked first until you can compete in premier in the higher divisions. you might have the passion, hard word, and dedication however your rank will 10000% set you behind everyone else.
he can still a join a team of his level and improve his teamplay & comms until he is individually better

nah bro, he said he wants to make challengers. hes gonna have to get his name known in the scene. this means through scrims and such as well.
im also assuming if he is asc and can't hit immortal he is definitely not good enough for the tier 3 scene anywhere, let alone challengers. plus, no other asc/low immortal teams will be that dedicated to where they will grind out daily in order to get into challengers.

I mean you arent making it to challengers if you cant hit radiant, doesn't mean you still shouldn't get team experience in the meantime
