Champs Points Tie

What happens in the case that two teams have the same amount of champs points at the end of the split? Do the teams have some sort of tie breaker?

For example, SEN and 100T or GenG and PRX.

I don't think Champs points matter unless you are the tied #1 team.
If that is the case then I think it's head to head

Yea that's what I mean, hence the examples. The teams I listed are pretty neck-and-neck.
