since edg already locked in for champs with 14 points , what if they also win their s2 split. Which team gets the 3d slot ?
Also anyone know anything about how they got locked in? if fnatic/sen win all of their next 3 match do they also get spot on champs?
what about prx and geng they are stting at 12 and 13 pounts respectively. and both of them have 3 matches to go. so if they both win all 3 do they also get 100% guaranteed slot for champs?

3d slot goes to whichever team with the highest points that didn't place top 3

EDG is locked in because no matter what 2nd place does (FPX) they can't catch up to them so they are guaranteed champs. Other regions on the other hand need to have 2nd place not win any games so they cannot catch up but they still have a chance to do so.

top 3 in stage 2 make it to champs no matter what
team with the most points not in the top 3 will also qualify

4th slot is given to a team based on champs points so if any of the above teams aren't top 3 in split2 the team with higher champs points will qual

Sen are in if they win their next 3 games and 100t bomb out or lose another game OR get top 3 in split 2 playoffs.

Fnatic should be fine unless they super choke

EDG only got through off points which means if they dont make top 3 in china playoffs there will be 3 different teams as well going to champs with EDG

in order to qual to champs u need either more points than other teams or top 3 in split 2 playoffs
