i see your point, but if you have to do this change (a big gamble) cant you just do it earlier at the end of split 1? and not during the playoffs of masters shangai?, if not just do it later at the end of the season,

Timing of the change is definitely wrong but I'm just saying we cannot judge if it's the right one or not yet
