I can say that he's very straightforward and he's not really selective with his words. He's also super-competitive and result-driven

Liquid parted ways with Soulcas because they were not satisfied with his performance(pretty sure he will come back to Liquid after Split 2, btw)

At the same time, Liquid always rated Sayf very highly as a player.
But he wasn't the best teammate, and the atmosphere was not good in TL at the time, that's why they decided to kick Sayf
