Oh I forgot that Sharks was in EU for bootcamp, don't know about Vikings though. But, I'm still pretty sure that he was talking about Berlin BR teams, since they have scrimmed for sure.
I mean SMB was formed in the same month as Reykjavik was played. Like maybe 10 days earlier, so that could be true, but I'm not sure. Why would any international team scrim against such a fresh team when they have bunch of other EMEA teams to scrim against.
Mixwell also said in his Berlin vlog that Brazilian teams they scrimmed against in Berlin both were really tactically poor
Nothing new, brazilian proplayers in general are very dumb for study strategies, we shine on adaptally and agressive play-style. We gonna suffer for while to pollish we style of game and become a powerhouse region in Valorant, happened same for R6 and CS.So... I don't have any expectations with my region until 2023.
He is talking about VKS and Sharks (he later says: "scrimmed them before EMEA", so not HL and VK)

I didn't watch the video, but a player from sharks said that during their 5 days in iceland they scrimmed against many teams but only managed to win against 2 of them: Crazy Racoon and another team I don't remember. Sacy also said that VKS lost most of their scrims...
I don't expect VK and HL to be perform much different tbh
