GC vs Challengers vs VCT

Do GC teams not scrim and practice against Challengers/VCT? also why are the GC teams not able to qual against challenger teams? the only reason I think is that they don't get good practice in, cuz there is no way men have some inherent advantage in esports (as opposed to physical sports). If someone who watches GC and Challengers could explain the skill disparity to me it would be nice!

NOTE: I do not watch GC or Challengers and I am not hating.

VCT is obviously tier-1
Challengers/Ascension is tier-2
Game Changers is like tier-3

There’re fewer women who play valorant, especially playing competitively. I wouldn’t be surprised if the skill level is lower.

Some people/studies say men have some advantage on brain or eye too. I’m not a biology or brain expert so Idk about that

im in uni for neuroscience and from what we have learned and studies ive read, there is a slight advantage with reaction time on average and in a study related to logical thinking a comparison from polled male and female csgo players there was some advantage that males possessed in regards to the igl role, set strats and executes

Don't quote me on this, but I have seen FlyQuest Red scrim against Sentinels on one of the scrimbux posts a bit ago and I have also (100% sure) seen G2 Gozen scrim against FNC.

But to answer your question, there's a few factors that come into play when it comes to GC teams not qualifying:

1. The competition is not easy and GC level of play isn't on par with tier 2
2. Only 3 serious attempts have been done so far (by TL BR, G2G and SR), because most GC teams "want" to stay there
3. Only 2 GC teams in this moment have 4+ best players of their region on a single team (those being TL BR and G2G)

also a few of GC's best players are trying to get out of GC anyway and join mixed teams

only the best (like top 3ish) GC teams scrim against challengers or even VCT teams but they usually get rolled. (understandable)

Team Liquid Brazil trains and competes with male teams and have been playing the Game Changers circuit along Challengers Qualifiers, this year they got really close to make it, they overcome open qualifiers and lost in Closed qualifiers two matches away from making it to the main event, so I'll say they already have the level and now it's a matter of time. Take into account that is a lot more difficult for an entire female roster to compete at the highest level purely by demographics of female gamers, but it's probably easier to perform individually in a mixed team, take Katsumi for example, and the closest example I have is KRÜ Conir, she played challengers before franchising in latam south in a mixed roster and was close to make it to masters (they were below Krü and 9z, the best latam ascension team)
