in more recent times, im inclined to say that buzz is the best performing player at the moment. mako is good, but he isnt putting up mako 2022 and 2023 numbers anymore. maybe because his team is stepping up a lot more now, but still, he is losing his touch slightly. still amazing as a player, but i would rate him equally as good as pretty much everyone else on the team right now.
yep im talking about like right now, very recent, like playoffs and todays game. at the beginning of stage 1 he was playing insane but ever since the new guys have started stepping up more, his performance seems to have slowed down. hes still really good, and it probably means nothing, but just from watching the game today, he was losing a lot more gunfights than i would have expected him to. maybe today and other days were just "bad" (whatever that means for a player like mako) days. maybe its because he is now the igl, so his performance is expected to take a dip anyways, but idk. he looks a little worse now than he did in 2023.
