Because NA and SA have and always will be two separate and different regions. Americas or not when Loud won it didn’t exist. Therefore South America region victory.

This game can classify them as Americas all they want but at the end of the day the team pages still classify them in Brazil, Latin America. They are South American teams. Just NA fans coping trying to merge them to combine victories. EU has been the most consistent region in this game.

So then I could say that since you're talking about the EU which stands for European Union, would mean that any trophy that FNATIC had gotten is not considered in the total of EU trophies since the UK (the place where they are based in) is not in the EU (European Union) anymore, meaning EU only has 3 trophies.
