reason is that alleged fraudulent user who was currently JPrank #1 has had his account banned.
xanvlrt, who was also banished and disappeared, ranked #1 in Asia and maintained kd1.5
They made excuses and did not show up on tier1 scene.

primmie has a lot in common with these two,Personally, though, I don't think he is a cheat.
If he is real deal, he is a fearsome player. I would love to see him on PACIFIC stage.

Governor says he saw primmie play at TLN bootcamp source. Plus I saw some jp freak out that he got banned long time ago. But he just didn't play for a week so his acc disappeared from leaderboard.

okinawa has been causing an uproar in JP community both their main ＆ alt account were account banned a week ago.

Originally, there was a history of cheating in several FPS titles past, and suspicions have been rekindled.
He is currently a streamer on Tier2 team, and CEO explained that okinawa is not using cheats (CEO believes so).
He explained that he had contacted Riot to see if it was an erroneous ban, but had not received an answer.
