I want to see some OCE and MENA teams

we have none in T1 and as someone who doesn't watch a lot of T2-T3 and is pretty out of the loop, are they just really behind everyone else?

Team Spirit and Virtus.Pro are huge organizations and there's a lot of talent in Russia
