I want to achieve more FPS while im playing VALORANT. Right now im at around 190-200 fps and drops down to around 140-160 which isnt optimal for me. So what PC components should i consinder and what is compatible with what I currently have?

You should change the entire platform except the gpu, I would recommend something like 7700x+b650+32 gb ddr5 6000 cl30 if you need an 8 core cpu for valorant and work related tasks(cuz I see that ur current one is also 8 core), if you are willing to spend more money just go for 7800x3d, your 2080 is able to get 600+ fps avg in val with 7800x3d

Oh okay, 7800x3d looks good, might go for that. Do you know if 7800x3d+b650+32 gb ddr5 6000 all would be compatible with my "Corsair Carbide 400C" cabinet?

case is only relevant for PSU and motherboard. (sometimes cooler too but ur 400C should comfortably fit it.
