It's ok but I'm not moved tbh. They are still quite unlikely to qual for champs cuz they only won 2 games in the reg season

carpe is the wrong guy to drop(assuming he's who's going out) tbh, izu has played much worse and sayaplayer has been more inconsistent
carpe went from IGLing and struggling performance-wise on the back of that, to adjusting to no longer being IGL, to that adjustment being reflected in his performances in playoffs and at shanghai, where he looked like his old self and a fucking demon
saya has been wildly inconsistent the entire split even just in his awping, and izu has just generally looked kind of bad outside of a few inhuman yoru breeze games

Supposedly Saya is the one to go, but that's just a rumor

tbh it should be sayaplayer who gets dropped. he couldnt awp shit the entire tournament. should've just give xccurate/izu the main duelist role

I'm happy with this move. It means that the org doesn't want to see T1 being mid/ass and is willing to improve the team

Also, Stax is pretty much the face of Korean Valorant and he's the icon in Korean Val community

T1 also needed the real IGL for a long time.

Wonder who'll play in the starting line-up tho

Izu's potential and peak is too high to gove up on and as inconsistent as Saya has been the team has also been a dumpsterfire plus roles wise it does not make sense to drop him. Carpe is good he aint nothing special individuallly. As a 5 stax Xcc Rossy Saya Izu has a higher ceiling fs esp as a long term project even if it does not show right away
