I"ve always aim trained, however i have always been super inconsistent(and by that i mean aim training like 4 times a month) and never made it a routine.

so in order to make sure i keep myself consistent, ill be posting my aimlabs vods in this thread, every single day i can(which is most of the days), i will also post updates on days i cant aim train but in order to make sure i dont slack, i need to aim train atleast 4 times per week

and while ur at it feel free to roast my music taste if u want

Big props to the goat Mjtchell since I'm basically ripping off his gym accountablity post

i'm immo 3 and never opened aimlabs, go 1hr of deathmatch itll help more than 1hr of aimlabs

an hour is too much no? I usually run Valorant benchmark playlists by Voltaic def helped me personally and its fairly short

hello my friend, just an advice for you. i suffer the same problem as you but i made my own aimlabs playlist that will help some categories in my aim. I have 5 task in my playlist in aimlabs. first one is SWITCHTRACK.ULTIMATE. This task will help with your flicks and tracking, this task also helps to warm up your arm if you are playing on Low Sensitivity. Second one is HEADSHOT.STANDARD. I got this from demon1, this task will help with you horizontal flicking. this task simulates flicking the enemy's heads. Third task is SIXSHOT.ULTIMATE. this task helps with precision and micro flicking with the small targets. Fourth one is VALORANTASCENTMICROFLEX.STANDARD. Also similar with the third task but focuses on micro flicking. Last task is MULTISHOT.ULTIMATE. Way better than GRIDSHOT because targest vary in sizes. I play this task just for fun.

Note: I was plat 3 before playing this task and i am now asc 1. My goal is to reach immo and please wish me luck bois

EDIT: After playing aimlabs i go on range and shoot bots to feel the game's gun play again. after that i play 3 DMs and my goal is to have a positive KDA or atleast 30 kills

I'm still trying to narrow down which tasks to cut to bring it down to 40 min
Plus I take 2 min breaks between every 2 tasks so that adds to the time too

Nah I'm still plat(if I was a problem I wouldn't be here lol)

For me aim training has worked tho, some of my best Performances have come when I consistently aim trainied for multiple days (never got past the 4 day point tho)

And DM's haven't had the same impact, but again it's hard to come to a conclusion when there has been 0 consistency in anything I do

Focus on your studies or work whatever else you do for living, these things dont matter, now u r plat and even if u reach Immo, it wont matter in ur life. Like 1hr for aim training is bonkers and complete waste of time. Play games for fun and dont stress out when this is not ur career

I'm not gonna be aim training for 1 hr, I'm still trying to figure out which tasks to cut so it came out to an hr + I'm taking frequent breaks in between which is why the vod is longer

I wanted to keep it at 40 mins Max, but i just wanted to start for now, i haven't been consistent anywhere in my life for a long time and figured I'd start being consistent with something that just the right difficulty level for me mentally

most tasks you are doing are useless, also if you are doing 1h do good tasks

also you dont need aimtraining at all btw i have like 2h aimlabs and win like maybe 60-70% of my gunfights in imm3, just do multiple DMs

could u suggest some good tasks and explain why mine are bad

as for DM's, ive tried but i feel my aim has improved the most when i aim trained consistently i still do DMs and in game warm up tho , besides i have out of game reasons for this as well

yeah ur right, ill have to trim the time i spend on this once clg starts again

do 1 tracking task and then fast flick task, idk the names, and dont do too much better to do smaller session few times a day than 1h session

aimtrainer do work but if you need to flick for a kill you are probably dead anyway having elite crosshair placement and movement is 80% of "aim"

Use a higher sens and better playlist for valorant. Also kovaaks is way better

i already play at an edpi of 616 πŸ’€

as for kovaaks, well i do have the aim trainner, i just havent come around to using it yet, i just wanted to start and be consistent for now

id also be nice if u could suggest some good koovaks tasks?

Had to bounce after the 1st rep on the last task
Slight improvement from day 2 but nowhere near as good as day one, need to keep my grip consistent

Plus idk if it's the windex or mouse wear but the glide is feeling a little different on my mouspad

Had to urgently touch grass, so i needed to cut short today's session quite a bit
oh and i just realised i was playing at my older, much higer sens in aimlabs ( kill me, how did i not notice this sooner?, i have no fking idea ) and had to set it back to normal

still i feel much better in game, the grind is working i hope
