operation prx win an event

i just watched tmv's yt vid and also came from their acend club podcast where they shared spot on points about why prx will never win an event. and as a paper person i agree with what all they have mentioned.

we all know they had bad discipline and synergy problems on the shanghai event and it was probably their worst performance but i def believe this could be fixed fast. they should know and learn from their mistakes so this shouldn't be the biggest problem. i do have to say tho, if they can't fix this, please i hope they get alecks an assistant coach to help him and the team. and i also believe it's time they have a sole igl. just someone who can control the team's emotion and keep the synergy momentum up during matches.

other than that, i want to discuss about the mentioned map pool because i do agree their map pool is getting bad and the comps they have on each maps affect their winrate so much. they only have best maps with raze comps and they only pick maps that raze is best played at. i think they need to spice their comps asap. if they need to play maps where other duelists are better played with no raze, i think jinggg should play an agent that gets info to the team. something plays gekko on other maps and was very helpful because of gekko utils. im saying this because they can't always avoid maps that is not playable with raze. it's one of the reason why they are always in disadvantage with bo5 series, not all 5 maps are raze meta maps.

now what agent could jinggg possibly use though? an agent that still fits his playstyle so that there shouldn't be any uncomfortable plays. i think that agent would be CLOVE. when clove was playable on vct i initially thought only forsaken will and can play clove if they have to as he is the flex god and i doubt mindfreak will play clove bc clove is an aggressive controller and mindfreak is the most disciplined player in prx as their controller (pls maintain that discipline aaron we love that for u). so on maps that raze is not a meta, they could play with jinggg on clove. and since clove has smokes, mindfreak can play viper if they need a "sentinel" comp, have forsaken play yoru or neon if they still want a double duelist comp, davai can play any agent as well, and something wouldn't be a problem with either jett, gekko, or even breach.

raze nerf is coming. we dont know exactly what the nerf would be but i hope prx wont stick to one solution where they only let jinggg get used to play with the nerf so they dont ruin their raze meta comps... let jinggg play other agents 🙏🙏

and btw don't get me wrong, i'm not trying to make jinggg not play raze. we all agree jinggg is a raze god. i'm just saying for them to win an event, they have to fix their map pool and in order to fix their map pool they have to win maps with no raze comps and i'm just suggesting clove because clove has smokes and is an aggressive agent. then so, forsaken doesn't need to play harbor always and therefore can play a duelist that is better on a map where raze is not playable. or forsaken can even play a sentinel if they want a lurker to get info. any agent forsaken can deliver as long as the other players can also fill agents that could make a best comp for a better map pool.

and i think im kinda circling my thoughts now as im writing this down. i hope i made my point still. overall, i still have hopes for them lifting a trophy. they will win an event if they get to realize what their problems are and if they get to improve and fix them asap. being mechanically skilled and playing to have fun wont be enough for them to win if they do want to win. and i'm saying this a prx fan.

something makes it work just playing Jett, Reyna, and Gekko. He plays Jett on Jett maps, Gekko on Raze maps, and Reyna if they really wanna throw one in there.

Jinggg already plays Raze, Phoenix, Reyna, Phoenix, and Sage, but let's be honest, that's not good enough, especially when something is their Reyna player (IF they want a Reyna, which is usually not), Phoenix was only played by PRX on Pearl (out of rotation), and Sage is only meta on Icebox. I think Clove would be a great idea for Jinggg (he has mentioned several times he's dying to play them at a LAN), but Clove is about as niche as his other three non-Raze picks, so he needs another main agent.

I think the best option for him would actually be Sova. PRX doesn't really have a dedicated Sova, if you think about it—usually d4v41 would fill Sova, or rarely f0rsakeN would play him, but they don't have someone that can play Sova to his fullest potential. In fact, I'm pretty sure the only map where they currently play Sova is Breeze, which is technically their permaban. As far as I can tell, Sova is Jinggg's go-to initiator if he has to fill in ranked, depending on the map, so there's that going for the idea as well.

If Jinggg were to learn Sova, not only will his agent pool be a million times better, but Sova comps actually become a viable option for PRX, which means (referencing the TMV video) they'll actually do well on Jett maps like Ascent, Breeze, Haven, and Icebox.

TL;DR Jinggg learn Sova, map pool go brr, PRX stonks go up

Watching what you've watched, based on the duelist changes, I'm thinking he should go onto main neon if she's buffed enough, and figure her out before the other pros do. TH were gr8 on neon w plenty of pop aggressive moments on sunset if I'm correct. But if she's not good enough I think omen would b the best bet, second being clove.

Also I think the mental problems are exaggerated given that they've got the most experience out of any other team in the game. Not saying they're stoic, moreso it's not enough of a problem that they need to get a mental coach/igl to specifically solve that prob. I could b wrong tho they don't have a zellsis in-game
