I need your Help

Hello everyone, i play valorant almost everyday and i feel like i am not improving. I am stuck in diamond 3 and i want to rank up. I do aim trainings like aimlabs and play deathmatch before i play competitive to grind.

I know that i have a decent aim as you can see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=losKjhULvxI.

I even bought a 165hz monitor because i played on a 720p 60hz monitor before and reached diamond every episode.

I feel like i am very inconsistent. I dont know what to do. Please help me and suggest things that i need to do.

I don't think it's a mechanics issue if you practice consistently. You might have stagnated game sense wise so I would look into coaching and if you don't want coaching vod review your own gameplay and the gameplay of a pro or high level radiant who plays your role/agents.

One of my strong suites is my game sense bcos i understand the game more than my team mates i play with. I also watch Airen in YT and try to implement little details in the video. I really dont know why i am not improving
