Mini as head coach, and focus on mentality shift. Its obvious they arent carrying the same mentality they did as last year while teams still see them as top tier.

1. If they're truly worried about their situation They could have Mini return to HC role and give Elmapuddy less input on strategic decisions.
2. They could bench Boaster if they truly lost faith in his ability to lead and call as an IGL and pick up a tier 2 igl
3. This is the most extreme solution and one I came up with when I was high. Poach Oxy from c9. No matter how much money they ask for just pay it and bench Derke.
