random penalties

i've been getting absolutely random queue penalties for like 2 months and it's gotten to point where i'm gonna stop playing the game for a while, this happening to anyone else?
valorant's support has been utterly useless since like forever, anyone got a fix?

maybe you have a bad connection and riot and it's shit client think it's you going afk, i wouldn't be surprised if that was the case

i'm connected via ethernet to my 5g fiber, if it's on my end it's riot's client ( i have reinstalled both vanguard and valorant multiple times)
