Most ranked players in each region:

1. Europe: 2,582,332
2. Asia-Pacific: 2,518,186
3. NA: 1,511,378
4. Brazil: 511,834
5. LATAM: 483,210
6. Korea: 153,392

Asia-Pacific is deceiving because it contains Japan, Oceania, Southeast Asia, and South Asia

Yeah thats what Asia-Pacific means the only deceiving part about it is that it doesn't include Korea and Middle East.

It's crazy that Korea are even competitive with such a small playerbase O-O

it's deceiving because it's not based on per capita population
when china releases and there are 10 million players it's not going to be accurately scaled

Well because I'm trying to show biggest regions, how is that deceiving? I wasn't claiming its per capita
per capita it would roughly be(1 of is ranked):

1. NA: 242
2. Europe: 289
3. Korea: 337
4. Brazil: 412
5. LATAM ?
6. Asia-Pacific ?
   Hard to calculate LATAM and Asia-Pacific so I guessed, I know LATAM is below others that I calculated, others are right.

edit: nvm made mistake with Europe, its should be way lower 4/5 maybe

When did they get dominated over? 6 round diff over 3 maps (lowest it can be) idk if that's domination, also only 1 NA team made it to top4, so only 1 good NA team? :)

And also Bangladesh carries EMEA region
edit: also EMEA is more like 2.5-3 billion people, at least by riot, during VCT not servers

I don't think its that interesting to see per capita, like who cares if it includes countries like Uganda who have 0 players per capita. Also good luck finding out on with servers does Taliban play, they are in EMEA on VCT, but that doesn't mean they play on EU servers.

That's because you used "0.6% of the player base as Radiant/Immortal" while Asia has 0.512% Radiant/Immortal players

LATAM: 0.641%
also its changing from season to season.

I pulled numbers from same source your source used that you put in your thread. Just you did theoretical data as it didn't had how many players in each rank, not every region has same % of Radiant/Immortal players

You probably saw #18 where he did theoretical calculation mine is just straight data of how many players in each region has a rank.

Can you link the place you found the ranked distribution by region? I could only find sources that listed global ranked distribution. Really cool to see these new numbers though cause it shows that Valorant truly penetrated the Asian market unlike CS.
