G2 has huge fan base in china in league tho. Also there were so many t1 fans in msi as well that some Chinese nationalists were calling them traitor lol. Also t1 in g2 match had huge support mainly cause of xccurate tho in first vct Shanghai match.

I'm not chinese, just using that flag because the event is being hold there, will be using south korean one on Champions. Its just baffling that people expect the chinese fans to root for other teams.

believe me, ive been to vct pacific venue a ton of times and ton of koreans also cheered for GE, TS, RRQ, whoever when they made an incredible play
it's really saddening when players did no wrong and have to play the 'villain' for two events straight

It’s a matter of do they also cheer when opposing regions play each other which they have as for Lock In we can’t say the same
