excluding china, this is better, but i still think the disparity between PRX and the lower teams is still crazy high
i'd make my own 1-100 rating or whatever for each team and then we can combine them with percentages (50-50, 60-40, etc) to create a new one
such as(no china to make it easier)

This method involves huge bias like a German would put fnatic higher or someone from us would favor 100t

you can be biased in statistics too(check his #6, he's given regions arbitrary comparative values in order to weight teams) , im as unbiased as someone can be when ranking teams, and the eye test is necessary to add context stats can't tell, like miniboo not being at shanghai
