How to prevent wrist pain after playing valorant? I remember not getting those when i used to play before. After a gap i started playing the game again but this time i'm getting wrist pain which makes my right hand feel weak. It hampers my driving a bit and lifting up heavy objects.

What mouse do you use

Some mice are bad to click and put stress on your wrist/hands

Also do carpel tunnel/wrist exercises before playing

Don’t grip mouse as tightly

Maybe try to cut off your hand? I guess it would stop the pain in your wrist.
