I'd argue tzh is by far the worst individually of the 5 actually
Statwise sure but I think he has more impact than Shion7 when it comes to his utility usage especially.
Fair but 3 players with firepower that low is a weight way too heavy for anyone to carry, no matter how good the util or Strats are (which are not)
I think you're downplaying their mechanics a bit too much.
