the point system so fucked, if feels like they are picking a choosing which games matter, sentinels won a MASTERS and still have less points than 100ts, that doesn’t make any sense
Definitely helps your chances yall just need to win a couple games in split 2 and you’re chillin
only the team with the most points qualifies through the point system for each region
cuz they want the point system to be a regional thing ???? its not meant to be like the 2022 system
didn't you earn championship points? earning points directly help you qualify for champs
lets assume neither G2 nor lev win shanghai.
if this is the case, all SEN needs is to win like 2 games in split 2 and 100T to make champs via getting top 3, and they'll of made champs
lev is the only team that could catch them without also making champs through top 3 (besides 100T)
and even then they would be at 11, which i assume would mean a tiebreaker match for the last champs slot if riot is smart bc that would be hype

and either they lose their last 2 and are tied at 11 with SEN, or they win a game and make champs
it does matter. riot is actually smart here. beginning of the season teams are still on adaptation phase and split is the real season. thats why points distribution kinda make sense considering the stake of the games.
they have 1 point less than #1 and 3 points more than #3 place in champ points that's a lot, what you should be worried about is how sen will do in split 2, they need more wins than losses
I can see at least 3 teams that will surpass SEN in points, heck I don't even see them making it to playoffs lmao
they have tough matches now, as for group omega lev, eg, 100t and loud get 2 free wins i.e mibr and furia unless we see some major player changes. It's much harder to qualify for playoffs now... they're paying a big price for losing that 10-2 lead against eg
