ok ok im a stupid american and don't know shit about geography. i know that players like something and jemkin played in japan cuz the servers were actually closer(i think??) . is something considered an import for prx or no

google maps "Vladivostok" and you'll see why they played Tokyo servers instead of the other closest which is Istanbul (I think)
