If its gonna be single elim that means no upper bracket advantage on the Grand Finals. And there are 6 maps, only 1 map can be banned, how is the banning and picking maps gonna be like?

Maybe the map that's the least played for both teams COMBINED gets banned immediately. It is difficult though, you're right.
