Even if they win both maps 13-0, they wont qualify right?

I think these are the only conditions TL can make it?

If TL wins 2-0 and BBL loses 2-0, TL can qualify.
If TL wins 2-0 and BBL loses 2-1, TL can qualify if TL have a better round differential than BBL.
If TL wins 2-1 and BBL loses 2-0, TL can qualify if TL have a better round differential than BBL.

If TL win 2-0 and then BBL lose 0-2, TL qual, no?

If GM8 drop less than 8 rounds the qual right??
They are 17 below TH in round diff
