I think the biggest difference between NA and EU is EU's lack of good Sovas. I mean check NA every good team has a dedicated great Sova, even tier 2 and tier 3 teams have really insane ones too.
A team like Acend which a lot consider to be the best in the region don't have a dedicated Sova with great impact. And Sova is the second best agent in the game after Jett and not having a good one is a liability IMO.

EU likes sage too much. Caught in an old meta IMO. Meanwhile NA is doing double controller, triple initiator, actually developing deep strats. I think the NA IGL pool at Berlin is gonna be better than any other regions.

didnt liquid run triple initiator and it didnt work for them? i think eu teams prefer sticking to running agents that they excel with than team comps.

Having Sage has nothing to do with not having Sova. Sage is like a second duelist and Sova is about gathering info and map control.

It’s pertinent because a lot of EU teams run sage in addition to sova instead of skye or someone else like that.

I think he meant more as in replacing the Sage with a Skye would be a lot better because you gain more info + they can also function as a second duelist. If you run Sage + a sentinel, then you're kinda shooting yourself in the foot

man say pls how many pro teams in NA and in EU(EMEA). If u start think about it, you will be surprized how many teams iin eu. It's a big difference. In NA only 4-8 good teams)))

The only reason I wrote it like that cuz I didn't want the TL fans think that they just heartbreakingly lost and I am here criticising their team. :(
Actually I think Kryptix has more impact with the sova than with the cypher, he is not the greatest anchor.
Honestly TL agent comp sucks and I can only hope that they can fix that.

They are. Soulcas used to play Sova, but now that he is so good with Skye they want him on that all the time.

IGLs are useless if its players that lack ability i think SEN are obviously favourites but not because of their IGL because of the players on their team. the raw aimers. Someone like FNS an IGL wouldn't make the world of difference if SMB are just taking duels and killing the opponent. That is why Tenz is soo good he is very disruptive in the other teams play.

Acend had a good sova that was their igl, but he goes to G2 and they give them a second duelist.
Sova isnt that important too, skye its far better rigth now and they have the best in europe.

Yeah but most sovas has lineups to counter kj ult or just to delay a plant and deal great damage. On the other hand skye is op but its not always works out to achieve what you want.
Heartbreaking when you blind someone and they just spray until you die. :(
