16 teams and 4 brackets
So as the Twitter video says @1:06 no 2 teams of the same region will be in the same bracket
So I guess
4 eu in different slots
3 na in different slots and the highest seed of eu gets the latam team since it’s the only region with 1 team
1 of Japanese/sea becomes the third teamof a bracket
1 of Brazil/Korea becomes the fourth team of the bracket

so how does the EMEA vs NA seeding work? For example, against which NA team is the first EMEA seed playing?

Yeah you’re probably right EU 1st seed will have huge advantage
