with a 4 team single elim bracket in the end
seeding is actually huge since only first place makes it out. my guess for seed one is top 2 NA ( sen and 100T) first EMEA and first Korea

also the format sucks, why not just have a 8 team single elim. if 2 insame teams get into the same group its very unfortunate
no way you put the best teams in one group. sentinels, vision s and acend should not be in the same group
Higher seed plays the lower seeded team so that no bad teams make it to playoffs.
only 4 playoffs instead of 8 is trolling hard. prob because of there is only 9 days maybe?

yep, probably because only 9 days, but 8 teams would be so much better(like football) . Cut to top 4 it's too difficult
Its impossible to be that seeding, bc if it is, literally grand final of NA doesnt matter, theres 4 teams for group, theres gonna be 1 2 3 (4) for the major regions and probably BR JP SEA and these regions gonna start at seed 3.
u cant give it to any one else besides emea or na tho. otherwise u have a seed 3 na or emea team playing against vision strikes and a other emea/na team meaning one of them will end up 9th-12th
Idk how theyre gonna do it but i dont think they gonna do any region with more seeding bc its unfair imo.
Give some region two seed 1 its give more seeding and make their competition unfair, who wins doesnt take nothing for win in their region
the way I see it: if you were to have two teams qualify for bracket, the four top seeded teams get a bye from the first round of bracket. single elimination so the second seed teams from groups gotta fight tooth and nail to advance.
just altogether sounds like a better structure idk. the current format just doesn't sound competitively great, regardless of whether or not riot is on a short time frame.
Imagine this very likely scenario.
They seed 1 Eu team in to each group.
They seed 1 NA team in separate groups.
You now have the #1 seed in EU with a free ride to the playoffs because they will not have any EU or NA team in their group and since they had the 1 seed from one of the strongest regions they will most likely dodge Most of the other 1 seeds.
You can get 4th place in this tournament by beating 3 of 16 teams hahahahahaha

Group 2: EMEA2 vs BR1 - NA2 vs KR2
Group 3: EMEA4 vs SEA1 - KR1 vs JP1
