I think C9 is the only real safe option

If SEN or G2 Win both 2 - 0
KRU has just played the worst teams and could lose 0 - 2 to both 100T and Lev
NRG could lose to 0 - 2 100 T

It's actually not that insane when you realize it's Riot and they've consistently found one of the worst possible ways to organize each tournament/split.
