I mean G2 have the funds to do so but if they let go of the core of the team that got him the slot (even if they dissapoint) it would be fucked up because of the way they bought the slot after the Guard stuff happened.

He's going to be 33 yo next year and aiming to 34, I doubt G2 or any org is going to bet on FNS given his age. I could see him going for a Head Coach position at some point if he wants to compete again.
