VCT league is not a stage where you can just gamble rosters
You need players who have proved earlier they are good enough
If they don't perform afterwards it's their issue at least org tried their best with having experienced players

I know polvi doesn't qualify this but there were other reasons lets not dive deep into it
he gonna be removed after this split I am pretty sure

Ngl get anq/johnolsen keep Russ and lightning fast(lightning fast flex/sentinel) and then get maybe techno(he is supposedly the best Indian player) and an initiator player(maybe tesseract? Idk the initiators in this region seem weak. I wouldn’t consider SkRossi cause his initiator isn’t really good, he just has better aim than everyone else.)

ANQ/Johnolsen - They need a duelist but idk how they are probably good because Russian
Techno - Very Good Controller but still needs international experience he will fumble initially fs
Tesseract - Idk might be a fluke hard luck ig

Thats a lot of work
No Tier 1 coach would like to work on some very basic things
Ofcourse there might be exceptions like ENGHH but people like him are rare
