you had to win between 5 and 7 to get 4th at madrid and play between 9 and 12
their game vs PRX was literally them at their worst. they had a bad performance in that game, that doesn't mean they underperformed across the whole of madrid and kickoff

Its a single elimination tournament all the way through, so theres no room for error here
You also have to get lucky with the draws and just hope you get some trash teams in your draws
