I don’t get how he isn't involved with a team on at least a challengers level. He’s an insane player development coach and also has a great eye for talent as seen from his stints on Guard and C9 with the pickups he made.

Lot of teams are opting for star players and that isn't helping mcE tbh
If like a eg didn't have potter they could let mcE build his own team from scrath

I wish there was still academy teams because he would for sure be helpful for any academy team. But I think something that could be cool is another region outside Americas getting him. Like China has a lot of mediocre teams and undiscovered talent in franchising currently, I feel like if they’d just let McE find players and develop them for a year he’d make a international level team for China
