Indias population is 1.4 billion and there were
27000 are like .00192 per capita

And americas population is like 330 million
And there are 1000 cases
Per capita .0023 ( approx )

And lastly India is still a developing country and third world country
Literacy rate is still low that's why these type of things still happens in alot more frequency

But there is literally no co relation btw forced marriages and arrange marriage both are two different things
