in cs im pretty sure teams just bought their spot in the league with money WHICH valve constantly said they didnt like because monetary power shouldnt cut teams who are actually good at the game, and in other games theres a promotion/relegation system for teams to make sure that the highest league of the game is being played at the highest level by the best teams. the only reason bottom of the barrel brazilian teams are there is to make sure they get the south american viewership. because it is plain as DAY to know furia and mibr are cooked every season.
