nah, he wouldnt be a bot for sure. but not notably great either. i think he'd have solid impact for any team, but not star-level or terrible (assuming we're referring to franchising)
No, while not all pro cs players that go to valo actually understand the game(looking at you Scream) the top level CS players by virtue of mechanic alone wont be a bot. They will be cracked aimers atleast
