I wonder how many diamonds in the rough are hiding in the ranked ladder, not even playing for any tier2 or even tier3 teams.

Honestly as much as I clown on EMEA, I like their scouting system so much more than NA's. What tier you're in doesn't matter, individual players will shine on the right team regardless of experience.

Every VCT team should do open tryouts like Enghh did with KC, not try to recycle big names--if those big names really are as good as they claim to be, then they'll surely make it through over no-name rookies right?
