2023 there was no eu tournaments but other teams still bootcamped here. Leva and g2 were also here before kickoff just to scrim against eu teams. Leaf said himself in Derke stream

No, both LEV and LOUD have boot camped multiple times in EMEA during off season and previous to non EMEA events
