Do you guys think that participating in play-ins helps the teams more than hurt them because so far all these teams have qualified even though they are technically disadvantaged due to it being easier to get antistratted. Maybe playing those extra 3 games helps get them in the zone?

I always think that the more you play the better you are

That's true in a sense but you always have to remember to not play so much that you get burnt out
