Yep probably why also op hurts their economy a lot. When he rifle more it allows for more flexibility and they can have a surprise op after a while too.

yes but i would love to see him use the outlaw a bit more specially after pistol win...he is skilled enough to keep using it for atleast the initial 4-5 rounds
