Where should they go from here?

This current iteration of the roster legit just isn't it. This core+coach looked awful in ascension, and they look the same in VCT

Should they kick 4 and rebuild around Oxy? Get a new coach and see if that fixes it?

Something needs to change though. These pieces just don't fit together

Even if they were all of age, there’s role overlap between oxy and reduxx, and reduxx is probably better+more flexible.

Oxy + 4 oxygen players -dapr could be good if the roles would work. Would suck ass for dapr but I honestly don’t know if he’s good enough for tier 1

I wouldn’t mind seeing Dapr on C9, especially since that team would need a senti

He’s very experienced, has been fragging out now that he uses aim trainers, and brings huge help with the vibes + midrounding

I'm getting a little skeptical about mCE ngl

he sabotaged the team hard last season during LCQ when he had them scrimming with qpert but then decided to throw Runi back in

then he goes to the collegiate scene and doesn't do well at all. I would want to see someone different

I mean there's Def something going on with runi, there's a reason he wasn't asked back. More than just they wanted vanity, they wanted runi gone. I bet he was just bad for vibes or some shit

in all honesty theyre on a budget, so all the good players will probably go to other teams in the offseason ( Oxygen players, M80 Players )

But honestly what players would you go after ?

ID probably Keep Oxy ( Duelist ) , Go After Verno ( Recon) Skuba/Zander ? ( Smokes ) , A good IGL ( even tho thats what NA is mainly lacking ) and a Flashes maybe mitch? ( IGL )

I think they should keep Vanity in the rebuild, igl or otherwise

He’s been hitting some good shots and winning big rounds, plus he helps with the vibes a lot and is a veteran

I would like for C9 to add someone else to help with the midrounding

Idk if it’s specifically vanity or just a coaching problem, but C9 barely adjusts during games

you've finally come to your senses Danny. I think its time we do a total roster rehaul. Was very silly of c9 to drop the masterful mCe and to let Zellsis make a team when he is a biased player. Firstly, I think you guys find a new coach, that bum Immi is only good for cringe comps, he has no leadership or actual mind for the game outside of his creativity. Secondly, I think you throw the BAG at s0m and do anything possible to get him and potentially FNS. Although, I am not sure about the odds of that. Next, you trial any decent tier 2 players you can, I would suggest players from Turtle Troup, ex MxM (aproto, theif, sym etc.), and whatever team TSM has become (gMd, Seven, clear, etc.). You find whoever meshes best with the team and hopefully if you can get S0m or FNS you let them have a large say in this. You could also look to get players who are currently streaming like Subroza, Sinatraa, or Curry (although also would be unlikely unless you give them a bag which your CEO probably won't do).

I’m still a C9 fan but how tf is this team going to fail to make it out of what is by far the easiest group

It wasn’t even close vs MIBR either. Like I could cope with a close 3 map series, but a dominant 2-0????
