He's great, but he's getting enabled very well by having some of the best support players in the world with him.
I'm sure if you put another top 5 in the world jett in his place, you'd be saying the same thing.
That's not saying Demon1 isn't insane, which he is. It's just that the best duelists in the world are actually way closer in terms of skill level than it shows.
I'm sure if Something or Derke were on NRG instead of Demon1, while keeping the same other 4 players, they'd also farm C9.
