Ahh British person runs into American with good eating habits and can't respond to any criticism. I never said the average American is healthier I'm just saying we can eat better food AND still be healthier than British people because I, and many I know, are living examples of it.
Life is great when you can experience great flavor without having a 50lb British beer belly that makes eating that dogshit food plausible
I eat healthy, so I also have good eating habits, but despite how the average British meal tastes, you still can't say American food is healthier when that's just not the case, it says a lot when most ingredients used in the food over there is banned in most if not all European countries.
I'll admit it, your best meal will 10000% be better than the best British meal, however overall America has much worse food considering most of the residents don't eat healthy or even care for their health which then results in the obese problem you have.
