Tbf Riot didn't make the crowd a favor by not choosing any German teams, if you add that to no German players at all. It's not the same because it's closer but in a way is like if Pacific VCT was hosted in Australia, it is what it is tho. It's harder for the crowd to feel identified. And fans from other countries can't be expected to travel on weekdays
