Tenz talked about previously, for him it was staying focused constantly. When he was on jett, he said he would often just no brain alot of rounds which would ruined his focus. Apparently, playing support has helped him constantly focus on his utility and teammates.

you teach consistency by improving your skill level overall so that even if you are at your low you’re still good enough to still be in the game

players like aspas, Zekken, something, f0rsaken, Demon1 can have stinker games but they are so good that when they are at their worst they’re still better than half the players in the server

this is true, literally one of the star quality of a good duelist or star player in today's valorant. You need to be so insane that even on bad games you're doing your job and better than half the server.
