because every single russian plays CS:GO.... statistically they are destined to have a couple players that are the top players at their FPS

that's true. I'm 28 years old and I don't know any boy/guy/man who hasn't played at least 5 games in any version of CS since 10 till 40 years old.
Such great players are born from competition between each other, like Donk, Simple, Monesy, Sh1ro, electronic, etc. (In Ukraine I guess there is the same situation, that's why there are many cool players too)
